The Exploited formed in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1978 and became icons of the UK street punk and second-wave punk movement, famous for the anthem and rallying cry 'Punk's Not Dead.' Fronted throughout by singer Wattie Buchan, the band remains active in 2026 touring under the banner '45 Years of Punks Not Dead.'
